Locating your Company Code for Altorra PowerClick Toolkit Licensing

Altorra Customer Service will require your ServiceNow company code in order to generate a paid license key for the PowerClick Toolkit product.

If you are a trial customer (PowerClick Toolkit is already installed) and are transitioning to a paid subscription, please follow the instructions in Method # 1 to obtain your company code.

If you do not yet have the PowerClick Toolkit installed, please follow the instructions in Method # 2.

Method # 1 - PowerClick Toolkit Installed

Step 1: Navigate to PowerClick Toolkit Configuration

• Navigate to Altorra PowerClick Toolkit -> Administration -> Configuration module

• On the Configuration page, your Company Code will be displayed for you. (in this example: cmp123)

• Provide this code to Altorra Support (support@altorra.com) for your product license key to be generated.

Method # 2 - System Properties

Please follow these instructions if you do not have the PowerClick Toolkit installed.

Step 1: Navigate to system properties

• In the navigator bar, type sys_properties.list to bring up the table of system properties

  
  

  

Step 2: Locate Company Code

• Search for the Name: glide.appcreator.company.code

• Locate the glide.appcreator.company.code system property. The Value of the property is your Company Code. (in this example: cmp123).

• Provide this code to Altorra Support (support@altorra.com) for your product license to be generated.
