Altorra Customer Service requires your ServiceNow company code to generate a paid license key for the PowerClick Toolkit product. If you are a trial customer (with the PowerClick Toolkit already installed) and transitioning to a paid subscription, please follow the instructions in Method # 1 to obtain your company code. Initial Installation Please follow these instructions to install the PowerClick Toolkit onto your set of instances. Step 1: Access Retrieved Update Sets Log in to the lowest instance in your ServiceNow instance hierarchy as an administrator. Navigate to Retrieved Update Sets . Step 2: Import the PowerClick XML File In the "Retrieved Update Sets" list, locate and click the related link "Import Update Set from XML"  at the bottom.
