How to Obtain Your ServiceNow Company Code for Your PowerClick Toolkit License

Altorra Customer Service requires your ServiceNow company code to generate a paid license key for the PowerClick Toolkit product.

If you are a trial customer (with the PowerClick Toolkit already installed) and transitioning to a paid subscription, please follow the instructions in Method # 1 to obtain your company code.

If you do not yet have the PowerClick Toolkit installed, please follow the instructions in Method # 2.

Method 1 - PowerClick Toolkit Installed

Step 1: Navigate to PowerClick Toolkit Configuration

• Navigate to the Altorra PowerClick Toolkit -> Administration -> Configuration module.

• On the Configuration page, your Company Code will be displayed. (For example: cmp123)

• Provide this code to Altorra Support at support@altorra.com to generate your product license key.

Method 2 - System Properties

Please follow these instructions if you do not have the PowerClick Toolkit installed.

Step 1: Navigate to System Properties

• In the navigator bar, type sys_properties.list to bring up the table of system properties.

  
  

Step 2: Locate Company Code

• Search for the Name: =glide.appcreator.company.code

• Locate the glide.appcreator.company.code system property. The Value of the property is your Company Code. (For example: cmp123).

• Provide this code to Altorra Support at support@altorra.com so we can generate your license key.
