Manage Access Controls for UI pages

Updated: Jul 15

This tool can be found in our PowerClick Essentials, available FREE to the ServiceNow Community.

This tool enables you to easily add a Related List to the UI Page form, displaying the Access Controls defined for that specific page. It simplifies the process of checking whether Access Controls have been defined for the UI Page.

While ServiceNow provides an Access Controls view, its reliability may vary across different scenarios. However, with Altorra’s Access Controls (ASI), you can count on accurate access controls linked to the respective UI page.

With this view, it is also a helpful reminder for users to protect their UI Page with an Access Control.
